Powerful, compact, second-generation fuel-operated (diesel) air heater with 4 kW heating output for heating driver's cabs in commercial vehicles, vans, minibuses, mobile homes as well as motor and sailing yachts up to approx. 35 ft. boat length.

Functional description Airtronic:

Combustion air is transported into the combustion chamber by means of a blower motor and wheel. Fuel is taken from the vehicle's own tank. Fuel is transported into the combustion chamber by means of the metering pump. The glow plug vaporizes this fuel when it enters the combustion chamber and a combustible fuel-air mixture is created with the combustion air. When a flame is formed, the glow plug (or the glow filament plug) is switched off, the heat is transferred to the heating air via the heat exchanger and the exhaust gas is discharged through the exhaust silencer. The blower motor and heating air wheel transport cool heating air into the heater, heat it up via the heat exchanger and then blow it into the vehicle interior.

The EasyStart Pro timer control element sets the new standard for the Eberspächer control element family. In addition to a timer function (up to three program slots can be set), the EasyStart Pro is equipped with many practical product features:

- Permanently installed control element with integrated temperature sensor

- Simple operation, high-quality design and intuitive operation via just one control button

- Operation of up to two heaters separately or of two identical heaters (Airtronic or Hydronic) in a group

- Simple diagnostic function in text form for users

- Integrated residual heat function for hydronic heaters: efficient heating mode by using the residual heat of the engine
